Turning a Corner
Join us on Wednesday, November 5th at 6:00 p.m. at First Parish in Cambridge as Mykal Slack reflects on Turning a Corner.
We humans can spend lifetimes running…from the complexities of one another, from the hard issues, from ourselves. The more we live, the more opportunities we have to grow or be held back. To live boldly, though, means not turning away, but turning the corner, making way for what must die and preparing ourselves for the impact of what can be made new within us and around us.
Gather at 6 p.m. for snacks in the Barn Room at First Parish Cambridge, with worship beginning at 6:15 p.m. Dinner to follow!
First Parish Cambridge is wheelchair accessible, and the Barn Room can be reached via elevator. Please email us at thesanctuaryboston [at] gmail [dot] com to request specific accommodations. And if you’ve got dietary restrictions you’d like us to know about as we prepare dinner, please add your name to our communal spreadsheet here: http://thesanctuaryboston.org/about/accessibility/
